Every job starts as a drawing on a photo of your building. You approve the drawing. Here it is next to the install.

Along the street

What your guests see pulling in

Filmed the way a guest arrives: from the road, at night, in December. The lines stay straight the whole frontage because every strand is cut to that building, not bought by the box.

Property managers & multi-site owners

Managing more than one building? Light them as one program.

If you look after a plaza, a portfolio or a handful of locations, the hard part isn’t the lights — it’s the co-ordination. That’s the part we take.

One design language

Every site gets a mockup in the same style, so the buildings read as one property.

One quote, one contact

The whole program is priced together and run by one person. Nobody chases six contractors in November.

One schedule you approve

Installs are sequenced across your sites on dates you sign off in advance.

One set of paperwork

Insurance and WSIB documentation before work begins — the same file for every building, ready for whoever asks.

Buildings we design for

Every building is a different problem. That’s the job.

Plazas & shopping centres

Long rooflines, entrance canopies and parking-lot trees, designed as one display so every tenant gets the same look.

Property-managed & multi-tenant buildings

Every building you look after, on one quote and one schedule — see the program section below.

Restaurants, inns & resorts

Rooflines, patios, entrances and the trees by the door — the display is part of why people book December.

Main-street storefronts

A roofline and window frame that reads from the sidewalk, without a staff member on a ladder at 8am.

Dealerships & showrooms

Big frontages and lot trees, lit every evening of the selling season.

Retirement & seniors’ residences

Entrances and the common-area windows residents and visiting family actually see.

Why businesses hand this to us

Four fewer things on your December list.

Your team stays off the roof

A staff member on a borrowed ladder is your problem. We carry $2 million in liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and everyone on your building is trained and insured.

It never sits half-dark

A burnt strand over the entrance in mid-December is worse than no lights. Under the No-Lights-Out Guarantee a failed bulb or strand is repaired free within 48 hours, all season, without you having to spot it.

One price, and it’s the price

The quote covers the whole season. Nothing appears on an invoice in January that wasn’t in the mockup.

Nothing to store, nothing to buy

The lights are ours. They come down after the season, go into our storage, and come back next year cut to the same building. Your storage room stays a storage room.

What’s included

What the quote covers.

  • Custom lighting design, mocked up on a photo of your building
  • Commercial-grade LEDs, custom-cut to your rooflines, columns, canopies and trees
  • Professional installation by trained, insured installers
  • In-season maintenance, backed by the No-Lights-Out Guarantee — free repairs within 48 hours
  • Takedown at the end of the season
  • Off-season storage of your display

Display styles

What we can light.

Commercial buildings rarely stop at the roofline. A design can cover any combination of these.

How it works

From your yes to the lights coming on.

  1. 1

    Send an address

A daytime photo of each elevation helps. Larger properties, we walk with you.

  2. 2

    See the mockup

Within one business day, drawn on a photo of your building.

  3. 3

    Approve the number

One figure for the whole season. Nothing gets added in January.

  4. 4

    Pick the date

Lights can go up early and stay dark until the evening you want them on.

  5. 5

    Run your December

If something fails, we already know before you do.

  6. 6

    Takedown

Once the season’s over and the weather allows. The display goes into our storage until next year.

Pricing

Quoted individually — because no two buildings are the same.

Every building is a different run of roofline, a different number of columns, a different access problem — so we quote from photos or a site visit rather than a rate card.

As a rough guide: most single-building displays land in the four figures, from a storefront roofline at one end to a full inn or restaurant at the other. Multi-building properties and property-management programs are quoted as one, and can run into five figures.

Returning clients save 20% when we re-install in October. New commercial clients should book in October for a November install — that’s about securing a prime date rather than a discount, and those dates fill by early November.

Commercial inquiry

Tell us about the building — or the buildings.

An address is enough to start. The quote comes after the mockup, not before.

What do you need? (pick any)

Not sure is fine — the right frequency depends on the building, and we’ll suggest one.

We use these to plan your quote — no spam, no sharing, ever. We’ll text you about your quote and the work, plus the occasional seasonal note; reply STOP any time, or STOP MKT for just the seasonal ones. Privacy policy.

Good to know

Common questions from business owners and property managers

Do you install Christmas lights for businesses?

Yes — storefronts, restaurants, offices, inns and multi-unit properties across Simcoe County. Commercial displays are custom-designed and quoted individually, and the price covers the whole season: design, commercial-grade LED installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and off-season storage. Your staff never touches a ladder, and we carry $2 million in liability insurance and WSIB coverage.

What happens if lights go out during the season?

We fix them free within 48 hours. Our No-Lights-Out Guarantee covers failed bulbs and strands all season, so your storefront never sits half-lit through December. You do not need to spot the problem yourself or wait until the new year.

Do we have to store the lights?

No. The lights are ours. We take them down at the end of the season, store them through the year, and bring them back cut to the same building next season. You never buy, store, or untangle anything.

When should a business book Christmas lighting?

Book in October for a November install — prime dates fill by early November. Returning clients save 20% when we re-install in October; lights can go up early and stay dark until you want them on. For a first-year commercial display, booking in October is about securing the date rather than a discount.

Do you work with property managers and multi-building portfolios?

Yes. A plaza, a portfolio or a group of locations is designed as one program: every site gets a mockup in the same style, the whole thing is quoted together, and one person runs it. Installs are sequenced across your buildings on dates you approve in advance, and the No-Lights-Out Guarantee covers every site.

Can the lights go up early and stay off until we want them on?

Yes. Many businesses have the display installed early in the season and keep it dark until a launch date, an event, or the evening they want to switch on. Installing early secures a date before the November rush, and nothing changes about the price or the guarantee.
