Who shows up

You'll know who's in the truck

No subcontractors, no strangers — the people you book are the people who arrive, and you'll get a text when we're on the way.

Your visit, minute by minute

  1. The night before — a reminder text with your arrival window, so nothing about the day is a surprise.
  2. On the way — a text when we're heading to you. If you're not home, that's fine: most exterior visits happen while clients are out.
  3. Walk-around first — we confirm the scope matches the quote before anything gets wet. If something doesn't need doing, it comes off the bill, not on it.
  4. The work — gardens pre-soaked and rinsed, gates closed behind us, equipment on our mats, music off. Your place should feel like ours never happened — except cleaner.
  5. The finish — a final walk-through with you if you're home; photos of the completed work texted to you either way.
  6. After — a 50% deposit holds your date when you book; the balance is due only now, once you've seen the work and you're happy. Anything not right? We come back, free.
