Privacy policy
When you request a quote or book a service, we collect what's needed to do the job: your name, contact details, service address, and details about your home relevant to the work (like square footage or photos you send us). If you browse the site without contacting us, we don't collect personal information.
To quote, schedule, perform, and invoice your service; to send appointment confirmations, on-the-way notices, and job-completion updates; and to follow up about seasonal services you've asked about. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with marketers. Ever.
We run our scheduling and invoicing through Jobber, a Canadian field-service platform, and payments are processed through its secure payment system — we never see or store your full card number. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process your data only to deliver those services.
We take before-and-after photos of the work we do. Exterior work photos may appear in our gallery or social media — never with your name, address, or anything identifying your location. If you'd rather your home not appear anywhere, just tell us; that's always fine.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers — which is why there's no cookie popup. Any site statistics we review are cookieless and anonymous. The quote tool keeps your in-progress quote in your browser only until you submit or leave.
